Technical Advisor N1 / N2


Our Customer Services department is looking for a "N1 / N2 Technical Advisor" to help us maintain the quality of our services, both in Quebec and abroad.

As a "N1 / N2 Technical Advisor", you will be a member of the SIF team that covers service, implantation and training. Your tasks will be:

  • Analyze and categorize all service calls received at the service department (SIF);
  • Document service calls in our call tracking system according to the processes in place;
  • Follow up on customer's issues, either on your own (N1 / N2 level) or with the help of our senior experts (N3 level);
  • Participate in solving problems along with our support team (how to);
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other colleagues in their tasks when needed.

Since the company's head office is in Quebec City, the candidate must be based in the Quebec City region.


  • You are a customer service oriented type of person;
  • You demonstrate autonomy, good learning and adaptation capacity;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative;
  • Willing to create a healthy and warm work environment;
  • You also have an intermediate English level;
  • Ease with interpersonal relationships while being rigorous, organized and methodical;
  • You demonstrate creativity, autonomy, punctuality;
  • You must also, of course, have no judicial record;
  • An asset would be to have training in one of the Public Safety areas (police, fire fighters or ambulance) OR in customer service in the computer field.
  • French oral and writing skills


  • College diploma (or higher), ideally in the computer science field
  • Experience in Customer Service in a IT related field (at least 2 years)
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to manage a team and client relationships in a flexible and positively manner
  • Understand the technical challenges and opportunities associated with development
  • Experience in an ITIL development context - an asset

Senior Software Developer

Position Description

Be part of a team that is implementing the new 911 generation in Quebec and around the world!
We have an immediate position available to develop the next generation of our dispatch system for all our customers, including Urgences-Santé (one of the largest centers in North America) and the country of Malaysia (and YES, if you wish, it is possible that the work will require on site work!). In this role, you should be able to write .NET code (mainly C#) in order to develop new features in one of the new applications used for dispatch.

Our team is inter-functional, self-organized and autonomous. Ideal candidates will have the opportunity to work daily with an agile development team composed of the product manager and stakeholders in a collaborative manner.

  • Use tomorrow's technologies (Elastic Stack, Machine Learning, C# 8 and .Net Core 3.0).
  • 100% RESTful application builds using the asynchronous principles of Async/Await
  • User interface designed in collaboration with users and applying the highest UX/UI standards.
  • Development is done in an agile framework, the candidate must be in accordance with the principles of the "Daily Scrum", "Code Review", "Unit Tests", "Continuous Deployment", etc.

Technical Expertise

  • Extensive experience in C# and platform programming.
  • Excellent knowledge of distributed systems, multithreaded and real-time applications.
  • Good understanding of the "SOLID" principles and particular attention to code quality.
  • Critical eye for software design and development.


  • Have an interest in interface development for Windows applications (XAML).
  • Experience with MVVM, TDD and BDD development principles.
  • BACC in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related degrees.
