UX/UI Designer


Under the supervision of the UX Lead, the selected candidate will work in our UX team and in collaboration with our Agile development teams. Without limiting the scope of one's contributions, the person will be responsible for the following tasks :


  • Work closely with the UX team to define visual language and UX patterns
  • Design the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of useful, usable and desirable applications and experiences
  • Convey design ideas via sketches, storyboards, hi-fidelity mockups, prototypes, or animations across web, mobile, and enterprise products
  • Support UI developers and development teams throughout the implementation cycle

The ideal candidate has an excellent portfolio of visual interfaces that is both clear and professional.   • Strong conceptualization and visual communication ability translated into exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail
  • Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps (drawing skills, whiteboarding)
  • Ability to proficiently participate in brainstorming sessions, cultivate the creative thinking process, create compelling presentation decks or videos, and present articulate concept pitches
  • Ability to accept and design against feedback from colleagues in a rapid iterative design process, and effectively produce multiple highly polished and professional finished works under tight timeline
  • Experience with rapid prototyping, including dynamic mock-ups or wireframes (Knowledge of prototyping tools like InVision and/or Principle)
  • Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Knowledge of Sketch and After Effects is not required but nice to have
  • Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 is not required but nice to have
  • Comfortable working in a loosely defined agile and lean design environment

Technical Advisor N1 / N2


Our Customer Services department is looking for a "N1 / N2 Technical Advisor" to help us maintain the quality of our services, both in Quebec and abroad.

As a "N1 / N2 Technical Advisor", you will be a member of the SIF team that covers service, implantation and training. Your tasks will be:

  • Analyze and categorize all service calls received at the service department (SIF);
  • Document service calls in our call tracking system according to the processes in place;
  • Follow up on customer’s issues, either on your own (N1 / N2 level) or with the help of our senior experts (N3 level);
  • Participate in solving problems along with our support team (how to);
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other colleagues in their tasks when needed.

Since the company's head office is in Quebec City, the candidate must be based in the Quebec City region.


  • You are a customer service oriented type of person;
  • You demonstrate autonomy, good learning and adaptation capacity;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative;

  • You master French, written and spoken;
  • You also have an intermediate English level;

Developer C#


Our Research and Development department seeks to add a developer to its “Justice League” team. This team is responsible for the dispatching software used by emergency response teams on the field.
As a developer, you will be part of an AGILE development team and as such your tasks will be:

  • Design and develop distribution and mapping applications in real time
  • Support and make evolve existing applications
  • In collaboration with the team, determinate the priority solutions
  • Accomplish the chosen solution according to our way of doing things: development standards, definition of team completion, unit tests and TDD.
  • Collaborate with the team specialists (DBA, QA, etc ...).
  • Participate in SCRUM team meetings, sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, retrospectives and other meetings set up by the team
  • Contribute to customer's support.
  • All related tasks.



  • Good team player.
  • Diploma D.E.C. in computer science and 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate autonomy and a good learning and adaptation capacity.
  • Good interpersonal skills, respectful, punctual, excellent analytical skills, be rigorous, organized and methodical.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in C # development.
  • Experience in object-oriented programming.
  • Ability to develop unit tests.

  • Knowledge of SCRUM.
  • Experience in an AGILE context: peer programming, code review.
  • Experience with "Test Driven Development".
  • Relational database skills.
  • Work with automated testing tools.
